We accept files in the following software:
- Quark XPress version 6.5 and up
- Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop version CS3 or higher
- Adobe Acrobat PDF
We can read the following disks as long as they are Mac compatible: Compact Disk (CD), Memory Stick
Please note: We can read files that are in the above programs that are in a PC format, however if you are on a PC, we strongly suggest that your type is outlined. We strongly recommend that you outline fonts, regardless of your computer system. If you have questions regarding fonts, please call us.
We cannot read Microsoft Publisher files. Please create hi-res PDF files for submission.
Before sending your files, please use this checklist:
- My program is compatible with the Software and Media Guidelines
- Placed art files are included or embedded.
- Fonts are included or outlined.
- A PDF or print out is included for proofng.
- A color print is included if color matching is required.
Email a file
If your file is 10 MB or less, please email us your final artwork with all of your job details. Should your file be larger, you have the option of submitting it to us via our FTP system. Please email us for FTP login information.
